Helly Shah Admits She's Not 'Blessed' With Sharp Jawline: Don't Want Zero-Size Figure | Exclusive

Just like most Indian women, Helly Shah is prone to gaining weight. In the latest episode of Zoom/Telly Talk’s special segment, Street Diaries, the actress said she has a ‘Gujarati body type’ due to which gaining extra kilos is a natural process. However, being in the acting profession, she needs to keep her weight in check.

Helly Shah on weight gaining struggles

Talking about her struggle with weight gain, Helly said, “I am not blessed with a chiselled face and sharp jawline. Main khati hu toh mera chehra laddu jaise gol ho jata hai. In the last three-four months, when I was doing Zyada Mat Udd, I have gained so much weight and inches, and it is not even funny. I am demotivated, but it is my job to bring myself back on track.”
Helly shared her mantra to lose weight. The actress mentioned, “I take a piece of paper and write on it – 2 months no maida, 2 months no chocolate, 2 months no fried, and I try to follow it. I am 99% successful in following it.”

'Not aiming for zero-size'

Revealing her idea of a perfect body figure, the actress added, “I don’t want a zero-size figure, I want to look human. I like a bit of fat on my face because it gives that freshness.”
